She shares about her season of really deep introspection as she navigated bowel cancer in her late thirties. Now cancer free and on the other side, Lauren is embodying her Woo and her human design energy even  more deeply. The conversation covers Lauren’s unique journey from a corporate career to embracing her spiritual path, combining astrology, human design, and numerology to guide others in their own self-discovery.

She is currently a year two and found understanding the energy of a year two helped her settle into a better rhythm to create solid foundations in her business.
As this was recorded during the New Moon in Gemini, Amber pulls together concepts about how to work with the New Moon. She shares how she has noticed the slow growth of New Moon intentions. She also shares about her current seed she set with the Gemini New Moon called, “The Spark”!
Amber shares the power of better understanding yourself. She currently took a course called Unscroll by Lauren Jane, which further deepened her trust in her own natural rhythm. Her personal rhythm highlighted through modalities such as human design, astrology, and numerology.
